Jon White is a Client Advisor at Gulfshore Insurance and specializes in managing risk for community associations. With more than 12 years of industry expertise, Jon is passionate about delivering impeccable service to his clients. He analyzes his clients’ risks and collaborates with property managers and condominium association boards to diagnose and recommend the appropriate insurance solutions. Jon is a licensed 220 agent and commercial lines coverage specialist. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida Gulf Coast University.
As a Commercial Lines Client Advisor at Gulfshore Insurance, Jeff works with associations and companies throughout the state of Florida to meet their insurance and risk management service needs. Jeff and his team have a proactive style and hands on approach to providing insurance services to their clients. Not only is Jeff a commercial property and casualty specialist, he also holds a TRIP designation, is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), Hospitality Financial & Tech Professionals (HFTP) association, and Community Owners – Managers – Associates (COMA). Jeff is also a certified Continuing Education instructor for the community management and construction industries.

John has worked with a wide range of business insurance clients since 2000. He has considerable expertise in the area of risk management statistical analysis, contractual liability mitigation and insurance program design. John specializes in Religious and Non-Profit Organizations as well as complex Workers’ Compensation management. He holds designations as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Christian Apologist (CCA). As a graduate of Miami University, John earned degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Christian Apologetics from Biola University.
As President of Gulfshore Insurance since 1985, Brad Havemeier plays a central role in the success of the agency. Brad actively manages Gulfshore’s carrier relationships and sales initiatives, and continuously seeks out new business opportunities, thereby allowing for future growth. His dynamic leadership and sales ability have aided in the agency’s continued success over the past 30 years. Originally from Minnesota, Brad joined Gulfshore Insurance in 1980. Brad holds strong ties to the local community and is actively involved in a number of organizations. He presently serves on the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) Board of Directors, the Avow Hospice Finance Committee, and the Community Foundation Board of Trustees.

Greg is an agency partner and one of Gulfshore’s most experienced agents. Greg holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) professional designation and is licensed in general and surplus lines. Greg has particular expertise in the area of condominium association insurance, and works with condo property managers and association boards to diagnose and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. Greg holds the Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) professional designation from the Community Association Institute.
