The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for assisting new and renewal clients with service needs on accounts that generate generally more than $2,500 in annual commission. Must secure valid 220 license within 180 days of hire. Minimum 3 years commercial lines customer service experience or 1-year customer service representative experience and 2 years as a customer service assistant. This is a 100% in-house position.
Commercial Lines Marketing Assistant
The Commercial Lines Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Commercial Marketing department and Client Advisors (as necessary) in the placement of new and existing accounts and helps facilitate the transfer of new accounts from Commercial Marketing to Commercial Service Teams once an order is received and coverage is bound. Personal Lines Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for servicing new and existing clients that generate an average of $2,000 in commission. Provide, with a positive attitude, service support in obtaining, maintaining and servicing personal lines accounts. Ensure accuracy of new and existing data input into the automation system, and perform essential functions per the guidelines, procedures, quality and service standards as stated by the agency.
