Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for assisting new and renewal clients with service needs on accounts that generate generally more than $2,500 in annual commission. Must secure valid 220 license within 180 days of hire.  Minimum 3 years commercial lines customer service experience or 1-year customer service representative experience and 2 years as a customer service assistant. This is a 100% in-house position.

Commercial Marketing Representative 

The Commercial Marketing Representative is responsible for negotiating terms and pricing for new commercial business for the agency and assisting the Client Advisor in the creation of new business proposals.  To assist in placement of difficult or large renewal business as deemed necessary by the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Risk Management.  To research new and existing markets for target programs or niches and to educate the rest of the department and agents of these programs.  To enhance Agency relationship with existing carriers so that we maximize potential contingent income.

Employee Benefits Account Manager

The Employee Benefits Account Manager (AM) is responsible for assisting in onboarding new and retaining existing group benefits clients. AM will provide a high degree of support in maintaining, expanding and servicing small Group Benefit accounts. (<50 employees). AM is expected to accurately document new and existing coverage transactions in the automation system, which includes documentation of daily service issues. AM is expected to perform the essential functions of the position per the guidelines, procedures, quality and service standards as stated by the agency . This is a 75% in house position that requires direct interaction with Client Advisors, peers, and clients. Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist

This position will be responsible for the completion of most administrative functions relating to the support of the Employee Benefits team. The individual must be organized, proactive, resourceful, professional, polished, and efficient with an ability and desire to work independently with limited supervision.  The ability to interact with internal and external constituents in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude is crucial in this role. This role acts as the primary point person for renewal and new business enrollment implementation and service inquiries.
