Commercial Lines New Building Form Required for Condo Buildings 3 Stories or Higher 1The Florida Division of Florida Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Timeshares recently posted the Building Reporting form which must be submitted on or before January 1, 2023 by all Florida condominiums and cooperative associations with buildings that are three stories or higher.

If one or more of the buildings in your community are three stories or higher, submit your community’s Building Report before the end of the year. Failure to do so may result in penalties or fines.
